Pumpkin Cream/Crema de Calabaza

  • Pumpkin
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic power
  • Onion power
  • Sea salt

Boil pumpkin for 10 minutes.  Throw  water and put the pumpkin on a blender with all the other ingredients.  The amount of the powers I think should be at each other taste, just throw pinches and taste during process till you get the flavor that you fell comftable with.  In my case I got this recipe on a class and the instructor loves salt and for me it was way too salty.

  • Calabaza
