  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly oil a large, shallow baking dish.
  2. Combine vegetables in prepared baking dish, and lightly salt. Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with dry soup mix.
  3. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until vegetables are tender. You can feel with a fork when they are ready.

. 2 patatas , peladas y cortadas en cubos
. 4 zanahorias , cortadas en trozos de 1 pulgada
. 1 cabeza de brócoli fresco , cortado en pedazos
. 4 calabacines , rebanadas gruesas
. sal al gusto
. 1/4 taza de aceite de oliva
. 1 paquete ( 1 onza) la cebolla seca la mezcla de sopa

Precalentar el horno a 400 grados F ( 200 grados C ) . Engrase ligeramente una gran fuente para hornear poco profunda .
Combinar las verduras en el molde para hornear , la sal y la ligera. 
Cepillo con aceite de oliva y espolvorear con la mezcla de sopa seca .
Hornear durante 30 a 45 minutos en el horno precalentado, o hasta que 
las verduras estén tiernas . Se puede sentir con un tenedor cuando 
estén listos .
