If you looking to straighten your core and burn some fat, plank is the answer to your new workout. 

      Planks target a lot of muscles in your body such as abs, shoulders, arms and legs, this is why plank had become such a must do on your workout routines, not only that but it also helps you to develop mental focus, strengthens the core muscles, increase muscle endurance, and build awareness of optimal body alignment   Although it works many muscles planks only is a help to get leaner, but is not a target to muscle growth since its hard to add any weight to this workout.  If you really want the planks to work, you will have to combine planks with other workouts, try some planks variations to keep it exited and you don’t get bored of it and keep a really good clean healthy diet, remember, abs, straight and performance always start in the kitchen, so if you want to avoid injuries and make it strong you need to eat clean.

     Si usted está buscando para enderezar su núcleo y quemar algo de grasa, tablón es la respuesta a su nuevo entrenamiento.

      Los tablones apuntan a muchos músculos en su cuerpo como abdominales, hombros, brazos y piernas, es por eso que el tablón se había convertido en un deber hacer en sus rutinas de entrenamiento, no sólo eso sino que también le ayuda a desarrollar el enfoque mental, fortalece el núcleo Músculos, aumento de la resistencia muscular y crear conciencia de la alineación óptima del cuerpo Aunque funciona muchos tablones de músculos sólo es una ayuda para obtener más delgado, pero no es un objetivo para el crecimiento muscular, ya que es difícil añadir cualquier peso a este entrenamiento. Si realmente desea que los tablones de trabajo, tendrá que combinar tablones con otros entrenamientos, probar algunas variaciones tablones para mantenerlo salido y no te aburres de él y mantener una buena dieta limpia y saludable, recuerde, abs, recta Y el rendimiento siempre comienza en la cocina, por lo que si desea evitar lesiones y hacer que sea fuerte que necesita para comer limpio.
