Flowerless Chocolate Cake/Bizcocho de Chocolate sin Harina

     So today I was checking my social media and I saw this video of a quick flowerless chocolate cake, what I noticed was that I was also vegan and so easy to make that I went straight to the kitchen and tried it up.  The original recipe call for only 4 ingredients but I had to made it a little more fancy and delicious so I added 2 more ingredients that definitely made this dessert a win win!  Of course I was so exited about this recipe that immediately posted the pictures on my social media and I got great reactions in no seconds and of course I got asked for the recipe.  So here it is guys, it is guilt free and delicious.


Ingredients for the Flourless Chocolate Cake

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of cacao power
  • 1 tbsp of vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp of chopped frozen raspberries (plus more for topping)
  • 2 tbsp of coconut whipped cream for topping


  • Put the bananas on a blender with the peanut butter and cacao power and blend till smooth.
  • Add the chocolate chips and raspberries and blend lightly just to mix.
  • Put mixture in two little ramekins and heat on the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  • Top with 1 tbsp of the coconut whipped cream on each and a 1 tbsp of raspberries on each too.
  • Enjoy!



     Así que hoy estaba revisando mis medios sociales y vi este vídeo de una torta de chocolate sin harina, lo que noté fue que también era vegana y tan fácil de hacer que fui directamente a la cocina y lo probé. La receta original cuenta con sólo 4 ingredientes, pero tuve que darle un toque un poco más lujoso y delicioso, así que añadí dos ingredientes más que sin duda alguna hizo de este postre un ganador! Por supuesto que estaba tan entusiasmada con esta receta que inmediatamente publique las imágenes en mis medios de comunicación social y me dieron grandes reacciones en cuestión de segundos y por supuesto me pidieron la receta. Así que aquí esta chicos, es libre de culpa y delicioso.

Ingredientes para el pastel de chocolate sin harina;
• 2 plátanos (guineos)
• 3 cucharadas de mantequilla de maní
• 2 cucharadas de harina de cacao
• 1 cucharada de chispas de chocolate vegano
• 2 cucharadas de frambuesas congeladas picadas (2 cucharadas más divididas para la cobertura)
• 2 cucharadas divididas de crema batida de coco para cobertura

• Ponga los plátanos en una licuadora con la mantequilla de maní y el cacao y mezcle hasta que estén suaves.
• Agregue las chispas de chocolate y las frambuesas y mezcle ligeramente sólo para mezclar.
• Ponga la mezcla en dos pequeños ramekins y caliente en el microondas durante 1-2 minutos.
• Cubrir con 1 cucharada de la crema batida de coco en cada uno y 1 cucharada de frambuesas en cada uno.
• ¡Disfruta!
