Homemade Taco Seasoning/Sason para Tacos Hecho en Casa


Holy seasonings! Have you notice how much chemicals one envelope of seasoning can have? They might seem harmless but imagine a bunch of non organics spices mix all together and on top of it with added artificial colorings, flavors and other chemicals to make them last.  Some of them contain dairy, butter, canola oil, palm oil, maltodextrin, and many more surprising ingredients.  I decided to look for some homemade taco seasoning and found out it was pretty easy and all I needed was ingredients I already keep on my pantry and nothing scary to find. So here it is guys, a recipe for a homemade taco seasoning.  Just keep on mind that to keep them absolutely healthy it is best if all seasonings are organic.


Ingredients for Homemade Taco Seasoning

  • 4 tbsp of chili power
  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of garlic power
  • 1 tsp of onion power
  • 1 tsp of dry oregano
  • 2 tsp of cumin power
  • 2 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tsp of sea salt


  • In a small bowl, mix together all the ingrediets and store in an airtight container.

Pueden parecer inofensivos, pero imagínense un montón de especias no orgánicas mezclada juntos y encima de ella con colorantes y sabores artificiales agregados,  y otros productos químicos para hacerlos durar. Algunos de ellos contienen productos lácteos, mantequilla, aceite de canola, aceite de palma, maltodextrina, y muchos más ingredientes sorprendentes. Me decidí a buscar algunos mezclas de sasones casera para tacos y descubrí que era super fácil y todo lo que necesitaba eran ingredientes que ya tenia en mi despensa y nada misterioso de encontrar. Así que aquí es chicos, una receta para un condimento de taco casero. Sólo tenga en cuenta que para mantenerlos absolutamente saludable es mejor si todos los condimentos son orgánicos.

Ingredientes para el sazón de Taco casero

4 cucharadas de polvo de chili
1 cucharadita de copos de pimienta roja machacada
½ cucharadita de pimienta de Cayena
2 cucharaditas de paprika ahumado
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
1 cucharadita de orégano seco
2 cucharaditas de comino en polvo
2 cucharaditas de pimienta negra
2 cucharaditas de sal marina

En un tazón pequeño, mezcle todos los ingrediets y guárdelos en un recipiente hermético.
