Yesss, another no-bake dessert. These bites are perfect for little snacks to indulge at night and also for parties’ snacks.  You can prepare them the night before or just one hour before the big day, they are also super easy to make and very delicious.

Servings: 8                                              Prep: 10 minutes                                                 Rest: 1 hour


½ cup of raw almonds

5 pitted medjool dates

1 tbsp of cacao power

1 tbsp of coconut oil

1/8 tsp of peppermint extract

½ tsp of vanilla extract

½ cup of crushed peppermint

2 tbsp of mini chocolate chips


In a food processor add the almonds and blend.

Now add the dates and blend again. 

Go and add the extracts, the coconut oils and the cacao power and blend it for about 5 minutes (until it is a very doughey consistency). You can add drops of water if needed.

Take dough out in a bowl and add the chocolate chips and the peppermint and mix to combine with a spatula. 

Now, with clean hands, take a small amount (about a tablespoon) and roll to give it a ball shape.  Mixture will be soft, but just give it is shape and put on a sheet pan.

Set the bites in the fridge for at least one hour.
