Roasted Garlic

Yield: About 2 tbsp Prep: 4 minutes Cook: 45 min Total: 49 minutes Level: Easy.

Ingredients:


  • 1 garlic bulb

  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  • Pre-heat the oven at 375F.

  • Cut the top of the garlic bulb and place it on a small oven dish or on a cupcake baking pan.

  • Pour the oil over the garlic and cover it with aluminum foil.

  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the garlic is soft.

  • Let cool, then pop squeeze the clove out of the garlic paper.

  • Use as desired.

  • Enjoy.
