My mission is to help you to look and feel your best by getting your body back to an alkaline state where it functions optimally by eliminating allergenic, addictive and acidic foods and fueling your body with what it needs.  During this program I will also train you on how to create a healthy relationship with your mind, body and food.  This is a lifestyle shift.  This is not a fad diet.  When your body is in a alkaline state, it will naturally help you achieve weight loss if needed by flushing out toxic waist and build up.

I was frustrated, I only could thought about the negative effects of food on my body, about why I shouldn’t eat something, about all the food I was giving up and came to the point where I quit and stopped eating healthy, it felt like a deprivation instead of something I would feel joy and fulfillment doing.

But that feeling is now over and all thanks to MINDFUL EATING. I have created the perfect platform where you can get everything you need for your health and wellness way beyond any other fitness coach will do, and the prize…?!?! Girl, it is a win frigging win!
